免責同意書入学時に所定のDeclaration（免責事項確認書）に署名することにより、学生、両親または法的保護者は、以下のことに同意するものとする。 Tom Fielding Golf School の所有者、経営者、役員、従業員、並びに予約は取次ぎを実施した旅行会社はオーストラリアの法律により 法的責任を免れる事象に関しては一切責任を負わない ものとする。 学生、両親または法的保護者はTom Fielding Golf Schoolまたはそのプログラム運営の為の関連団体組織が所有、賃貸、運営、管理する場所において、 また、学生の為に手配された宿泊場所や授業の一環の 各種行事において起きた、または学生によって起こされた、学生の死亡、怪我、身体障害、損失、損傷、 所有物の損害に関してはいかなる請求の申し立てもしないものとする。さらに、学生もしくは学生が18歳未満の場合は、両親及び法的保護者は、 Tom Fielding Golf Schoolやその代理人、もしくは認知した機関により組まれたプログラム（スポーツ、文化、社会的、レクリエ―ション、その他）において、またお客様が  出席、参加する種々の活動の場において、学校で負った直接的または間接的な費用を支払うことに同意する.

お取り消し・ご変更について
取消料は以下の通りです。
なお、海外でゴルフ合宿を利用するコースに関しましては下記と異なります。
ホテルキャンセルポリシー

• 団体、ゴルフグループの割引予約に関しては、キャンセルの場合、到着日の少なくとも31日前までにツアーオーガナイザーに通知し、払い戻しをリクエストする必要があります。ご到着から30日以内のキャンセルは返金されません。
• 毎日のインターネット料金をご利用の場合は、ご到着の8日前までに書面にて旅行代理店に通知する必要があります。 キャンセル料$100を控除した金額を返金することができます。
  到着の8日前までにキャンセルした場合、払い戻しはありません。

取消のご連絡が営業時間外の場合、翌営業日のお取り扱いとなります。​

お客様の解除権
お客様は旅行契約が成立した後に以下の通りで定める取消料をお支払いいただくことにより、いつでも旅行契約を解除することができます。なお表でいう「取消日」とは、お客様が当社の営業日、営業時間に解除する旨をお申出いただいた時を基準とします。（お申出の期日により取消の額に差が生じることがありますので当社の営業日、営業時間、連絡先はお客様自身でも申込時点に必ずご確認願います。）
また、現地のホテル手配発注後は、受け入れ機関などが定める取消手数料が別途必要となる場合があります。ご返金に要する振込手数料、為替手数料などは、お客様のご負担となります。

In other words in the event you need to change or cancel your reservation, then in order to claim any kind of refund, then you must notify me no later than 31 days prior to one day before the departure date.  
 
In the event of your plans being changed,
1. More than 32 days notice will be able to claim for a refund credit, less a service charge of $100.​​
2. Booking conditions & cancellation policy Special discount fee for non refundable.  
3. Between 29 to 8 days, you will receive a refund of 50% of the golf camp package fees less the cost of the room rate you booked.
4. If less than ８ days notice of cancellation is received your full payment of your golf camp fees is forfeited unless you can find a replacement. 
5. No refunds given from the day before the day of travel and after the program has begun. 
6. In the event of a refund, the student is to bear all the transfer fee expenses. ​​

***TOM FIELDING GOLF SCHOOL GOLF CAMP WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY READ BEFORE SIGNING/MAKING PAYMENT OF THIS INVOICE
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Tom Fielding Golf School's 2019 Japan Summer Time Golf Camp program, related events and activities, the undersigned/payee acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:
1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,
2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Tom Fielding Golf School, Japan. their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“RELEASEES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY MAKING PAYMENT OF THIS INVOICE, SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
